Job summary

Red Carrot is looking for a Journeyman Social Media Specialist to join their team in Arlington, Virginia. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in leading social media content development for the federal government’s communications programs.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Communications or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing social media. Responsibilities include developing content, analyzing metrics, and creating multimedia content. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience managing and creating content for social media platforms.
• Experience developing social media strategies, monitoring engagement metrics, and creating multimedia content.
• Ability to obtain a DHS Fitness Determination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a content bank for social media and digital media channels.
• Work with customer divisions to coordinate content production.
• Produce weekly social media analysis reports.
