Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience managing social media for a business, agency, or brand.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience creating and editing high-quality short-form video content.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
• Experience with social media scheduling and management tools such as Metricool, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting, KPIs, and performance optimization.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Hands-on ownership of campaigns, from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design graphics, carousels, reels, and short-form videos for multiple social platforms.
• Write compelling captions, social copy, and on-brand messaging.
• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Own and maintain the firm's social media content calendar.
• Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement while responding or escalating when appropriate.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging social media assets.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to create authentic, educational, and promotional content.
• Support marketing campaigns, community initiatives, sponsorships, and promotions through social media.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, identify trends, and continuously optimize results.
• Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
