Qualifications

• 1-3 years of social media and content creation experience, including internships or freelance work.
• Comfort on camera and natural on-screen presence.
• AI-powered tools for ideation, writing, editing and data gathering with sound judgment.
• Genuine social-native perspective across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Portfolio or examples of on-camera or social-first content.
• Excellent written hooks, captions, and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Create social-first content across short-form video, Stories, and carousels.
• Support production: concept, film, edit, and publish across formats.
• Translate briefs and trends into engaging, platform-native content.
• Manage day-to-day content calendar, scheduling, publishing, and QA.
• Pull and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy.
• Spot trends and iterate with hooks and formats.
• Engage with the community and maintain brand voice.
• Explore AI tools to accelerate ideation while upholding brand standards.
• Collaborate with social, brand, design, product marketing, and paid media teams.
