Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking a social media intern to support content creation and growth across platforms. This remote, part‑time role focuses on Instagram and Facebook with room to expand to TikTok and Reddit, aiming to grow followers and nurture leads.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months in social media content, is Mandarin bilingual, and can design simple visuals using Canva and AI tools. You will help with content planning, publishing, metrics tracking, and community engagement, with CPT/OPT

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in social media content or a related field.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is required.
• Basic graphic design knowledge (layout, typography, visual branding).
• Familiarity with Canva and AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI features).
• Basic understanding of social performance metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Create posts, carousel, and Reels for Instagram and Facebook.
• Use Canva, AI tools, and other platforms to produce high-quality visual/video content.
• Tailor content to each platform's format and audience.
• Support the paid media team with creative assets and A/B testing.
• Track key metrics and identify top-performing content formats.
• Summarize results and suggest improvements.
• Help with content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
• Reply to messages and engage with communities.
