About the Job: The Social Media Manager at FESCO Group is responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing marketing strategies, engaging with online communities, and analyzing campaign performance to enhance brand presence in the consumer electronics market.

The role of FESCO’s social media manager is to create, schedule, publish, and measure the success of content on our social media channels, in addition to growing and nurturing online communities.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  1. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  2. Develop content for marketing and advertising consumer electronic products on various social media platforms
  3. Develop, implement and manage social media and marketing strategies for our consumer products
  4. Work extremely closely with online digital sales team and product brand managers
  5. Create and implement influencer strategies
  6. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and platforms
  7. Create, publish, and share content across different platforms
  8. Build and maintain a content calendar
  9. Track, measure, and analyze campaign results
  10. Cultivate, manage, and engage with a brand’s online community
  11. Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
  12. Develop new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources
  13. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  14. Collaborate with PR agencies and other vendor partners
  15. Design social media strategies and content to drive consumer traffic to various points of sale (e-marketplaces, DTC sites, Brick-and-Mortar retailers, etc.)
