Catalyst Capital, the holding company behind Decentralized Masters, Inflection Club, Legacy, and more, is hiring a Social Media Manager to own daily execution across the portfolio. This hands-on role requires publishing across multiple brands with distinct voices, growing communities, and feeding the top of a sales funnel with timely, error-free content.

You will maintain calendar discipline, drive campaigns, and translate analytics into sharper content weekly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on social publishing across multiple brands with on-brand voice.
• Strong writing and ability to switch tones between brands.
• Relentless attention to detail; publish on time with zero errors.
• Comfort reading analytics and turning data into actionable insights.
• Proactive, self-directed with ownership of issues and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok for all brands.
• Maintain a master content calendar with input from the creative team.
• Engage communities daily: reply to comments and DMs.
• Own launches and campaigns with a strong social push.
• Ensure compliant language, disclaimers, and quality checks.
