Muck Rack is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead strategy, content and engagement across major platforms for a dynamic B2B SaaS audience. You will monitor conversations, protect the brand, and drive meaningful growth and visibility.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in social media management
Proficiency with Sprout Social or similar platform
Experience with social listening, competitive tracking, and reputation management
Experience with content creation and copywriting for B2B SaaS brands
Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X
Data-driven mindset focused on performance metrics

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with company goals and campaigns
Create engaging copy for campaigns
Collaborate with design, communications and marketing teams on strategy, measurement and creative execution
