Job summary

Faith Promise Church in Knoxville seeks a Social Media Coordinator to own and grow four accounts, shaping the voice across Faith Promise Church, Pastor Zac, Win Network, and The Most Podcast. You will produce captions, clips, and visuals in Faith Promise's voice and coordinate with the Video Editor for clip selections.

This ministry role prioritizes reaching people with the gospel, engages campus partners, and requires weekend/event participation.

Qualifications

• Two or more years running social accounts with measurable audience growth.
• Strong writing skills, including the ability to write in another leader's voice with accuracy and warmth.
• Ability to lead volunteers and train them with grace.
• Fluency with AI-powered workflows for clip identification, copy drafting, and template-based design.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategy, calendar, and growth for four accounts (Faith Promise Church, Pastor Zac, Win Network, The Most Podcast).
• Sets and maintains a consistent posting cadence on every account.
• Keeps each account in its own lane (events, next steps, leadership content).
• Tracks reach, engagement, follower growth, and click-through; reports weekly.
• Provides design assistance to Lead Graphic Designer.
• Loads and schedules ad creative and marketing content.
• Leads campus volunteers to feed content and capture moments at events.
• Publishes and schedules all content across platforms; monitors comments daily.
