Wing Assistant - India is seeking a Social Media Assistant (Remote) to drive content across platforms, engage audiences, and support ad campaigns. You will develop calendars, collaborate with teams, and manage interactions while maintaining brand voice and quality. A strong portfolio and design tool proficiency are essential.

The role demands solid English communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work US-hours remotely from a flexible home setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certified marketing/business course.
• At least 2 years of experience in Social Media or related fields.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in layouts, typography and design basics for print/web.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign or similar tools.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.
• Willingness to work a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Upload and curate multimedia content and manage day-to-day interactions.
• Gather audience insights, trends, and competitive marketing information.
• Develop or oversee content calendar and posts across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams on content strategy and promos.
