Job summary

Good Giant seeks a Social Media Coordinator to support day-to-day social media across client accounts and oversee content development, publishing, and engagement from Nevada with CST/EST hours. The role works closely with the Director of Social Media and Strategist to ensure brand-aligned content and timely execution.

Responsibilities include assisting with shoots, live posting, boosted posts, influencer coordination and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content or a related field.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing content calendars by gathering assets, drafting copy and organizing deliverables.
• Schedule and publish content across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Ensure QA before publishing: copy, links, tags, formatting and scheduling details.
• Maintain brand voice alignment and platform best practices in all posts.
• Monitor comments and engagement, respond timely, identify engagement opportunities.
• Support content production: shoots, storyboarding, on-site coordination and social-first capture.
• Pull monthly performance data and maintain KPI dashboards for clients.
• Coordinate with Creative, Account, PR and Media teams to support full social campaigns.
