Job summary

24 Hour Fitness seeks a Social Media Coordinator to help execute our social media strategy by creating engaging content, building online community, supporting influencer partnerships, and tracking performance. Work with the Social Media team to boost brand awareness and audience engagement across platforms.

The role focuses on content creation, community management, and performance analysis, with potential travel up to 10% for events and shoots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management, content scheduling, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, creation, and publishing of short-form video, image, and written content across social media platforms.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and DMs, identify engagement opportunities, and foster a positive online community.
• Assist with influencer and creator relationship management, including outreach, communications, campaign coordination, and tracking.
• Track, compile, and organize social media and influencer campaign performance metrics including engagement, reach, impressions, and audience growth.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, industry news, and cultural moments, sharing content ideas to boost engagement.
