Job summary

Team Red Dog is seeking a Social Media 3D & Concept Artist to shape visuals for Minecraft campaigns across social, paid, and franchise initiatives. The role blends 3D art, concept development, and social media strategy to deliver engaging storytelling.

You will collaborate with Creative Directors, Marketing, Social, and Production teams, leveraging AI-enabled workflows to accelerate concept development while maintaining brand standards and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Create high-quality 3D artwork, concept art, and visual storytelling assets for social campaigns.
• Translate briefs and objectives into compelling visual concepts for marketing.
• Develop environmental artwork and presentation-ready creative materials for campaigns.
• Produce assets adaptable across social, paid media, websites, events, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D artwork, concept art, key visuals, sketches, mockups, and explorations for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Translate creative briefs, marketing strategies, and business objectives into compelling visuals for stakeholders.
• Develop environmental artwork, campaign assets, product visualizations, and presentation materials.
• Produce assets adaptable across social media, paid media, websites, events, and partner initiatives.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Marketing, Social, Production, and Community teams.
• Explore multiple directions balancing speed, quality, and innovation.
• Stay current on gaming, entertainment, design, and cultural trends.
