Job summary

Men In Blazers LLC is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to drive our social presence across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok from a remote US base. You will execute the brand's social strategy, craft captions, design visuals, and coordinate with partners to maximize reach and engagement.

You will manage real-time game coverage, develop content calendars, and track performance metrics to optimize future posts. Evening and weekend work required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of social media experience with content creation and adaptation for TV shows or podcasts.
• Knowledge of soccer culture and the ability to translate football knowledge into engaging captions.
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and video editing tools such as Instagram Edits and Premiere.

Responsibilities

• Execute Men In Blazers social media strategy
• Create content for social channels with design tools
• Write emotionally intelligent copy and produce visual content
• Develop and maintain social media calendar for real-time and episodic content
• Monitor real-time soccer news and adapt stories
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize partnerships
• Coordinate with resources to manage content development and timelines
• Daily monitoring and community management
• Use performance metrics to guide content optimization
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
