SAIC's Solutions and Technology group seeks a SOC Supervisor to oversee a team of SOC Analysts and Technical Leads providing first-line response to cybersecurity events across SIEM, EDR, and NDR platforms.

You will manage alert triage, incident escalation, staff scheduling, and operational documentation to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement. This role may be remote for the right candidate, across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or IT with 5+ years in SOC or security operations.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust.
• Certifications: Security+ required; CySA+, CEH, or GSEC preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct supervision and coaching to SOC Analysts and Technical Leads for 24/7 operational readiness.
• Oversee triage of SIEM, EDR, and NDR alerts per defined playbooks and priorities.
• Act as first line escalation for complex alerts and incidents from Tier 0 enrichment and staff.
• Manage shift coverage, rotations, and scheduling for SOC Analysts with leadership input.
• Primarily day shift with rotating on-call duties.
