Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Security Operations Center Manager to scale our global 24/7 SOC. You will define and streamline processes, lead analysts, and partner with Product to deliver new capabilities.

This remote-first role reports to the Director of the Security Operations Center and supports 24/7 coverage across regions. You will mentor analysts, drive training programs, and help operationalize technologies while maintaining high incident response standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading diverse cybersecurity teams in Security Operations, Forensics, IR, Malware, Threat Hunting, and Detection Engineering.
• 5+ years in a global 24×7 Security Operations Center focusing on Windows forensics.
• 2+ years in team lead or managerial roles in SOC/IR environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enforce internal SOC processes to reduce burnout and boost productivity.
• Ensure 24/7 shift coverage and global operations readiness.
• Lead analyst training programs spanning Digital Forensics, IR, Malware Analysis, and Detection Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize capabilities and improvements.
• Provide leadership and career development for analysts.
