Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a highly skilled SOC Manager to lead 24/7 security operations for critical systems, coordinating with the DT/EA ISSO to support RMF and A&A activities.

The role requires active CISSP/GCIA, a current Secret clearance, and proven experience in incident response, digital forensics, and threat intelligence. The position is contingent with remote work within 50 miles of DC for on-site performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer science, IT, cybersecurity or related field.
• 8 years’ experience security operations.
• Active CISSP, GCIA or equivalent.
• Current Secret clearance.
• Experience working with the DoS preferred.
• Have demonstrated experience managing 24/7/365 SOC operations.
• Have demonstrated experience with SIEM platforms and threat intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate SIEM processes for Oracle systems.
• Monitor SIEM alerts and investigate security anomalies.
• Provide SIEM data and alerts to DT/EA ISSO for incident response coordination.
• OSINT monitoring for Oracle threats and weekly summaries.
• Perform digital forensics and log analysis for covered systems.
• Support ISSO-led incident response actions and documentation.
• Conduct technical security posture assessments and implement improvements.
• Maintain long-term storage of security logs and audit data.
