Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
• Experience responding to cyber-security events and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide security monitoring and response efforts for the SOC.
• Lead outreach with statewide partners (County, Municipal, educational entities).
• Communicate, report, and document security events and findings clearly.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to cyber-security events affecting State of Iowa IT systems.
• Take actions to protect IT assets from incidents and threats.
