Job summary

Millennium Software and Staffing Inc is seeking a Snowflake Solution Architect for a remote role to own the end-to-end design of the EDW platform, translating Workday-to-Snowflake reporting needs into a scalable architecture for self-service analytics and production readiness.

The role defines data flows across RAW, REFINED, and CURATED layers, sets standards for Python-based ingestion, dbt modeling, and integration with Informatica IDMC/CDGC, Power BI, and SAP BusinessObjects, while enforcing

• Experience designing cloud data warehouses on Snowflake.
• Ability to make and defend architecture decisions.
• Knowledge of Informatica IDMC/CDGC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical design of the OneWA EDW platform and translate requirements into architecture.
• Define data flow across RAW, REFINED, and CURATED pipelines and establish ingestion standards.
• Design integration of Informatica IDMC/CDGC with Snowflake, Python/dbt, and BI tools.
• Define non-functional requirements for performance, scalability, monitoring, and recovery.
• Support multiple workstreams and collaborate with the Technical Lead, Data Governance Lead, and Delivery team.
