AMD, through its Xilinx subsidiary, is hiring a SMTS Software Development Engineer to research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for semiconductor operations. The role involves defining software requirements, architectures and driving solutions across cross-functional teams.

Requires a Master’s degree in CS/CE/ECE, 3 years of experience, and skills in C/C++/Python, Linux kernel, drivers, and FPGA/GPUs.

Formación

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Research, design, develop, and/or test operating systems-level software, compilers, and/or network distribution software for semiconductor operations.
• Define software requirements and architectures; develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms.
• Drive software and systems solutions including development and product definitions; work with cross-functional teams to address significant technical challenges.
