Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Smartsheet Developer II to design, develop, and support custom Smartsheet-based solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable workflows, dashboards, and automated processes, leveraging Python and Smartsheet APIs to connect with other enterprise systems.

The role involves collaborating with the Senior Manager, Technology Systems & Automation and stakeholders across the organization to standardize solutions, improve automation, and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years developing Smartsheet solutions.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and API integrations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar platforms for work tracking.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter resource for Smartsheet development and governance.
• Translate business needs into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Develop reusable templates for recurring projects and operations.
• Build and maintain integrations using Python and Smartsheet APIs.
• Manage backlog and lifecycle with Azure DevOps.
