BairesDev is seeking a seasoned Smart Contract Developer to architect decentralized systems and deploy core on-chain logic. You will translate complex business requirements into secure, high-performance code and ensure seamless integration between blockchain protocols and user-facing platforms.

You will design, code, and test robust contracts, develop DApps, and optimize gas usage while collaborating with cross-functional teams to adopt Web3 libraries and RPC services across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with blockchain or Web3 technologies.
• Experience designing and deploying smart contracts with Solidity or Rust.
• Strong knowledge of Ethereum, Solana, or NEAR ecosystems and ERC standards.

Responsabilités

• Design, code, and test robust smart contracts to facilitate secure, automated transactions.
• Develop and maintain decentralized applications (DApps) that interact with blockchain ecosystems.
• Implement and optimize ERC standards for tokenization projects, including NFTs and utility tokens.
• Perform gas optimization and code audits to ensure security and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 libraries and RPC services into existing software architectures.
