CloudSync Systems is seeking a Smart Contract Developer in Lowell, MA who thrives on ownership and shipping reliable backend services. You will work with Kafka, gRPC, Kubernetes, and Tailwind CSS to turn plans into tangible solutions while guiding technical decisions.

You bring at least five years of experience behind your own estimates, can work independently with minimal oversight, and will help migrate on-premise services to cloud-native architectures with an eye for long-term reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience behind your own estimates.
• Ability to steer technology conversations toward a decision.
• Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
• Strong judgment on when to elevate versus absorb.

Responsibilities

• Explain Kafka tradeoffs to technology stakeholders.
• Build self-service tools to reduce tickets for Lowell teams.
• Fix Kubernetes issues for CloudSync Systems customers in Lowell, MA.
• Design, build, and maintain backend services using gRPC.
• Collaborate on Tailwind CSS edge cases with Lowell engineers.
• Lead incident postmortems to prevent outages.
• Turn Java-on-call noise into meaningful alerts.
• Support migration from on-premise to cloud-native architectures.
