Job summary

ATX Learning Group seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based contract serving students in Houston, TX. This role emphasizes clinical supervision and guiding SLPAs while delivering high-quality evaluation and therapy services.

The position is primarily virtual with hybrid options; you will collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and student progress across articulation, language, and social-communication needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Texas SLP license (TDLR) required.
• Experience supervising SLPAs preferred.
• CCC-SLP credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to SLPAs.
• Support SLPAs in implementing treatment plans and student goals.
• Review student progress, documentation, and therapy data.
• Conduct or support speech-language evaluations as required.
• Support IEPs and progress monitoring.
• Provide clinical recommendations and intervention guidance.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Serve students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social-communication needs.
• Maintain confidential clinical and educational records.
• Ensure services align with Texas requirements.
