Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated, independent Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to deliver high-quality teletherapy to K-12 students across Michigan. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules and the autonomy to manage your own sessions from home.

Responsibilities include virtual assessments, IEP development, direct online therapy, and collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active Michigan SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP.
• Minimum of 2 years of school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
• Develop, write, and manage IEPs in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Deliver direct online speech therapy to students individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate virtually with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and attendance logging.
