Zusammenfassung

Tutor Me Education is seeking licensed speech-language pathologists to deliver engaging, individualized virtual speech therapy to students nationwide. Work fully remote, with flexible scheduling and the ability to set your hourly rate based on the scope of work.

Responsibilities include creating structured intervention plans aligned to IEP goals, adapting sessions in real time, and tracking student progress while coordinating with families and school partners.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• State licensure/certification as an SLP (or willingness to obtain reciprocity).
• Experience delivering teletherapy or working within a school district setting is a strong plus.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Aufgaben

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual speech therapy tailored to each student's goals and profile.
• Create structured intervention plans aligned with student IEP goals across articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, and AAC needs.
• Adapt instruction and therapeutic exercises in real time based on student engagement and progress.
• Track student data and communicate with families, IEP teams, and school district partners for compliance and progress reporting.
