Job summary

The Speech and Language Pathologist in the Early Intervention program serves children from birth to age three, with caseload oversight as assigned. The role emphasizes person-centered planning, developmentally appropriate strategies, and parent coaching in natural environments.

Qualifications

• Current PA Speech and Language Pathologist licensure is required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with infants and toddlers and diverse abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a growing multidisciplinary Early Intervention team to maximize child development.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate intervention strategies in each child’s natural environment.
• Provide parent coaching and education, plus strategies for use in daily routines.
