Ethos is seeking freelance slide deck designers with 5+ years delivering client decks to create strategy and executive presentations for AI training projects.

This remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week, $80 per hour, and the chance to work with leading labs and investors on high-impact presentation work.

Ideal candidates have an ex-consulting or ex-banking background and a portfolio of client decks, with expert-level PowerPoint skills and outstanding written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional deck-building experience, ideally with ex-consulting or ex-banking background
• Portfolio of client presentations delivered as a slide deck designer
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication

Responsibilities

• Create full-deck builds from a blank page for strategy and executive purposes
• Conduct storyline workshops and deck restructuring/cleanup as needed
• Rewrite executive summaries and refine investor or board materials
• Collaborate with clients to tailor decks to training and presentation goals
• Ensure high visual quality and clarity across all slides
