VRC Investigations in Phoenix, AZ is seeking experienced SIU investigators for part-time (and full-time hourly) roles. This hybrid position requires travel within the city and state and offers work-from-home flexibility while joining a team of professionals to deter insurance fraud.

You will conduct multi-line investigations, interview insureds and witnesses, gather evidence, and compile detailed reports for auto, property, WC, and liability claims.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information, develop logical questions and accurately report findings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A customer service focus.
• A strong desire to learn and work as a team.
• Be willing to travel.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and provide MVR.
• Current Private Investigator license may be required in some states.
• Must pass a drug test, and pre-employment testing.

Responsabilités

• Investigate multiple insurance lines of business for potential fraud.
• Conduct phone or in-person recorded statements with insureds, claimants, and witnesses.
• Provide daily updates regarding current files.
• Conduct scene investigations.
• Obtain investigative photographs.
• Maintain and report investigative expenses.
• Completes detailed and accurate investigative reports.
