Job summary

VRC Investigations in Nashville, TN is seeking experienced, self-determined SIU investigators for part-time and full-time hourly roles. This hybrid position requires travel within the advertised city and state and offers paid formal training.

Responsibilities include investigating multi-line insurance fraud, interviewing insureds and witnesses, documenting findings, and coordinating with law enforcement as needed. Competitive hourly wages range $30-$35 with benefits and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information, develop logical questions and report findings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Be willing to travel.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and provide MVR.
• Current Private Investigator license may be required in some states.
• Must pass a drug test, and pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Investigate multiple insurance lines of business for potential fraud.
• Conduct phone or in-person recorded statements with insureds, claimants, and witnesses.
• Provide daily updates regarding current files.
• Conduct scene investigations.
• Maintain and report investigative expenses.
• Completes detailed and accurate investigative reports.
