Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability and performance of large-scale distributed systems. This is a remote position within the Continental United States offering a competitive salary of $100K - $150K per annum.

The ideal candidate will bridge engineering and operations, applying software engineering principles to operational challenges, while mentoring engineers on SRE practices.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience leading incident response and post-incident reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine SLOs and error budgets for critical services.
• Lead incident response and serve as incident commander.
• Design and implement monitoring strategies using various tools.
