OSEA is seeking a Manager of Site Operations & Merchandising, a fully remote role based in the United States. You will own the day-to-day operations of OSEA.com, shaping product discovery, ranking, and on-site experience with a focus on ecommerce analysis and Shopify-based workflows.

You will lead merchandising calendars, optimize product presentation, and partner with Growth Marketing to refine paid pages.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital operations experience.
• Hands-on Shopify expertise and familiarity with Shopify Flows.
• Experience with A/B testing, personalization, heatmapping, and site analytics tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Aufgaben

• Own and oversee site merchandising calendar aligned to product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Own product ranking and presentation across homepage, collection, category pages, and blogs to drive conversion.
• Own site behavior reporting and regular analysis of merchandising performance and on-site engagement.
• Lead onsite content strategy and briefing for new site assets supporting launches and campaigns.
• Configure and optimize cross-sell and upsell logic to aid basket building and discovery.
• Own search results optimization to improve relevance and surface right products.
• Maintain and refine top navigation and filtering to reflect current assortment and data signals.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize site metadata and content for SEO.
