Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Activation Specialist to support ARG/MEX Remote operations. You will manage country-level deliverables, coordinate submissions, and ensure compliance with local requirements while collaborating with the SSU Country Manager.

Responsibilities include preparing regulatory submissions, liaising with investigational sites, and supporting site activation end-to-end, including contract and budget coordination where needed.

Qualifications

• Provide quality deliverables at country level, following project requirements and country rules, with oversight from the SSU Country Manager.
• Monitor basic financial aspects of the project and hours/tasks per contract; escalate discrepancies promptly.
• Review SOPs/WIs in a timely manner, keep training records updated and ensure timesheet compliance.
• Ensure all relevant documents are submitted to the Trial Master File (TMF) as per SOP/Sponsor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Local Submissions Specialist - compiles/reviews essential document packages for site activation.
• Prepares and submits Central EC Applications, Local EC Applications, RA Applications and other local submissions.
• May act as liaison between investigational sites and functional leads; oversee site activation end to end.
• Local Site ID and Feasibility Support – supports site selection lead and PM/SAM to ensure appropriate sites are selected.
• Assists with negotiations of budget and contract with site and via Site Contracts Service Centre and SAM lead.
