Job summary

Bristol Bay Native Corporation is seeking a versatile mid-level SharePoint and Dataverse Developer to support the Data Intelligence team from San Antonio, TX. You’ll design, build, and sustain business apps, automate workflows, and create data-driven solutions across contracts and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, data migration, testing, governance, and training material creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience developing or supporting business applications.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Proficient in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, VBA, or C#.
• Experience creating visuals/dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
• Experience with data migration, cleansing, mapping, and integration.
• Knowledge of permissions, RBAC, data protection, and secure development.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from customers and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
• Design and implement governance, security, and records-management practices.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support surge requirements and contribute to proposals and strategic initiatives.
