Job summary

Blueprint Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer for a fully remote role in the United States. You will own end-to-end campaign delivery, build dynamic content, and ensure quality across journeys for national and international brands.

The role emphasizes AMPscript/SQL, data modeling, and high-volume performance. Candidates should have a technical marketing background, strong QA practices, and be able to work in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development in a production environment with QA standards.
• Proficient AMPscript writing, debugging, and refactoring.
• Strong SQL for campaign validation and data queries.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud data model (Data Extensions, Send Logs, etc).
• Experience with high-volume campaigns (millions of sends).
• HTML/CSS skills for email and dynamic content.
• Experience in an agile delivery environment using Jira/Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign delivery across email and push in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure and validate custom journey activities and API integrations for high-volume performance.
• Develop AMPscript/SQL for personalization, segmentation, and troubleshooting.
• Build reusable templates from Figma designs and create multi-brand content across locales.
• Lead localization testing and Go/No-Go decisions for launches.
• Maintain campaign documentation in Jira/Confluence with estimates and risks.
• Monitor live journeys and perform root cause analysis across data, automation, and content.
