Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in ServiceNow data and integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Service Graph, REST APIs, import sets and transform maps.
• Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, identification rules, and duplicate prevention.
• Experience defining controlled data ingestion and evidence patterns.

Responsibilities

• Map authoritative data sources and define the source of truth for each data type entering ServiceNow.
• Design integration patterns using Service Graph Connectors, REST APIs, import sets, and transform maps.
• Build reconciliation rules to keep CMDB data accurate and prevent duplicates.
• Define data ingestion and evidence patterns to support governance and audits.
• Design error handling and monitoring to keep integrations reliable.
