Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an Integration / Data Architect to design how trusted data flows into the ServiceNow platform, ensuring accurate records, clean reconciliation, and audit-ready evidence. You will collaborate with data owners, solution architects, and developers across the ServiceNow Business Group.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in ServiceNow data and integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Service Graph, REST APIs, import sets, transform maps, and data reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of the CSDM, CMDB, identification rules, and duplicate prevention.
• Experience defining controlled data ingestion and evidence patterns.

Responsibilities

• Map authoritative data sources and define the source of truth for each data type entering ServiceNow.
• Design integration patterns using Service Graph Connectors, REST APIs, import sets and transform maps.
• Build reconciliation and identification rules to keep CMDB data accurate and dedupe records.
• Define controlled data ingestion and evidence patterns supporting governance and audit needs.
• Design error handling and monitoring so integrations stay reliable and issues are resolved quickly.
