Job summary

Reality Labs seeks a Service Readiness Program Manager within the Post Sales Operations to drive launch-ready support for new products. You will lead end-to-end programs, coordinate CS, Eng, PM, Sales, and partners, and build plans, risks, and KPIs to ensure seamless readiness across organizations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and a track record in consumer electronics or post-sales operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in technology or consumer electronics sectors.
• Bachelor's in Business Admin or related field required; PMP preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex end-to-end projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CS program management for NPIs and cobranded tactical roadmap initiatives, ensuring support ops are launch-ready.
• Build/maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and KPIs.
• Partner cross-functionally (CS, Eng, PM, Sales, Partners) to align objectives and launch schedules.
• Define support requirements using customer and industry data.
• Identify and resolve launch risks/roadblocks.
• Establish metrics; track post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement.
