We are seeking a Server Administrator to manage primarily Windows-based servers hosting Enterprise Software Systems across multiple environments including on-premise data centers, AWS, and Azure.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, patching, security, and configuration management of Windows-based servers (2016+) running IIS, SQL Server, and Tableau.
2. Monitoring and tuning performance of custom .NET and .NET Core applications on IIS servers, including load-balanced configurations.
3. Deploying software releases to IIS servers.
4. Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Elasticsearch and Redis on Linux servers.
5. Managing multiple Windows VM servers in a corporate environment within a Windows domain.
6. Maintaining Azure DevOps environment with GIT branches and automated build pipelines.
7. Following government security policies and standards.
8. Collaborating with data center and security personnel for security testing and scans.
9. Interacting with users, data center staff, and developers to resolve issues.
10. Maintaining system documentation.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics.
• At least 3 years of Windows Server IIS and SQL Server management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
• Linux web server administration experience preferred.
• Microsoft Windows Server or Cloud Administration certification.
• Security+ or similar IAT Level II certification preferred.

Substitutions:

• An AS or AA degree plus 3 years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
• 7 years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Desired Experience:

• Customer relations in non-technical fields.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one within 30 days.

U.S. Citizenship required to obtain and maintain security clearance.
