Job summary

Zlayt AI, a litigation automation platform for personal injury law, is seeking an SEO Specialist to own our organic growth. You will lead technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building initiatives, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Design to drive qualified traffic and demo requests.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on SEO, with proven results in organic growth, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.

Responsibilities

Make and keep an SEO plan that supports revenue goals.
Do keyword research for legal technology, practice management, and AI topics.
Find and fix technical SEO problems (site speed, crawl errors, indexation, schema markup, Core Web Vitals).
Write content briefs; review articles, landing pages, and comparison pages before they go live.
Optimize existing pages to improve rankings and conversions.
Build backlinks with ethical outreach, partnerships, and digital PR.
Optimize for AI search results and answer engines (AI Overviews, chat-based search).
Track keyword rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions; report results monthly.
Study competitors; identify gaps in content and search results.
Collaborate with developers to implement SEO changes on the site.
