Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an experienced SEO Manager for multifamily clients. You will own the technical roadmap, keyword strategy, and content priorities, coordinating with writers and AI to produce drafts and deliver measurable rankings improvements.

You will also drive AI search visibility (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) alongside traditional organic results, manage links and local multi-location SEO, and provide quarterly roadmaps and GA4/Search Console reporting to clients.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in SEO; audits and fixes done personally.
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush.
Agency experience across multiple clients.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
SEO for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
