Blacksmith Agency LLC, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking an AI Search Optimization Specialist to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will own the technical SEO challenges, coordinate with writers and AI to draft content, and report results using GA4 and Search Console as part of quarterly client

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO including crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture.
• Define keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI drafts.
• Get clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Develop links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Report in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
