Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead Workday integration design and development. The role focuses on building custom reports, securing data in transit, and optimizing integration performance across enterprise systems.

You will work with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors to enable complex data exchange and ensure accurate synchronization with third-party applications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience with Workday integration architecture and development.
• Expertise in Workday Report Writer and advanced reporting and calculated fields.
• Strong knowledge of secure file transfer mechanisms (SFTP and PGP).
• Experience monitoring integrations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
• Hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Core Connectors.
• Understanding inbound/outbound integrations and enterprise data exchange workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom reports using Workday Report Writer and create complex calculated fields.
• Configure and maintain secure file transfers using SFTP and PGP encryption.
• Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning.
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio and EIB for data exchange scenarios.
• Configure and maintain Workday Core Connectors for integration with third‑party apps.
• Design, implement, and manage inbound/outbound integration workflows for data synchronization.
