Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Windows Systems & IAM Engineer to design, configure, and maintain secure identity frameworks and Windows systems across our enterprise. You will act as a technical anchor, ensuring robust access control, system reliability, and protection for core infrastructure.

Qualifications

5+ years of Windows Systems Administration or IAM experience.
Proven expertise administering Active Directory and IAM authorization frameworks.
Experience implementing SSO and MFA solutions.
Strong background in Endpoint Security Management and Windows system security engineering.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and manage robust Active Directory and Identity and Access Management systems to control enterprise authorization.
Implement secure Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication workflows to simplify and protect user access.
Oversee and configure endpoint security solutions to defend Windows environments against emerging threats.
Troubleshoot complex Windows system and authorization issues to guarantee operational continuity.
Author, maintain, and optimize security policies and system configurations to enforce compliance standards.
