Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Developer (Windows) for the Device Security squad to build next-gen security features across our apps. You’ll lead secure coding practices, resolve vulnerabilities, and guide teams on security design while delivering production-quality code.

Requirements include 4+ years in secure software development, proficiency in Rust and Windows security features (TPM/HSM, Windows Hello, BitLocker), and experience with C/C++, C#, or TypeScript. This is a remote US/Canada role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development with a security angle.
• Experience with Windows security features and TPM/HSM.
• Experience with Rust and Windows, plus knowledge of encryption/authentication.

Responsibilities

• Implement new security features across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android/Linux/Web apps.

• Resolve security vulnerabilities and contribute to security library development.
