Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX design and research experience.
• Senior-level expertise in user research, journey mapping, and design documentation.
• ISU HCI program graduates are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX research to evaluate complex workflows for educators and state employees.
• Plan and moderate usability testing and labs to identify friction.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations of early layouts against usability standards.
• Map user journeys and personas from district data and workflows.
• Collaborate with the lead Architect to scale UX across multi‑agency initiatives.
