The study captures how top designers think, approach problems, and decide when something is ready to ship, through structured remote sessions. Depending on fit, you may be the interview subject or the host.

What to expect: about 4–5 hours per task including prep and a short review. Compensation is $250 per hour. Portfolios are required and a website link is ideal.

Qualifications

• Senior-level design experience (product, UX, brand, or adjacent craft disciplines)
• A portfolio you can share — a website link is ideal
• A clear point of view on design quality, critique, and shipping standards
