Job summary

Partner Company in the United States seeks a Senior Business Technical Consultant to lead architecture strategies for treasury systems and SAP integrations. You will coordinate complex system implementations, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and drive process improvements in a fully remote, global environment.

The role requires 6+ years in business technology consulting with deep treasury and data analytics experience, strong vendor management, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, business technology consulting, or related discipline.
• Experience managing vendors against contractual obligations, SLAs, and delivery expectations.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and implement organizational process changes.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management systems, SAP S/4HANA Treasury, Trovata or comparable cash management platforms, Clearwater, ERP systems, and financial applications.
• Experience supporting treasury operations such as cash positioning, forecasting, payment processing, investments, bank account administration, and financial reporting.
• Practical knowledge of banking connectivity and financial data exchange standards (BAI2, EDI 822, ISO 20022, APIs, SFTP, host-to-host, bank feeds).
• Understanding of domestic and international wire transfers, ACH, checks, and banking service administration.
• Experience with treasury system configuration, access management, segregation of duties, release management, upgrades, and production support.
• Ability to translate treasury business needs into technical specifications, coordinate system integrations, develop test scripts, lead testing, and support deployments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data analysis skills.
• Experience with Cognos, SQL, Power BI, dashboards, or reporting/analytics technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and manage competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating system changes, validating financial data, supporting reconciliations, and maintaining audit documentation.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills; mentoring and training others.
• Ability to provide global production support on on-call basis, including after-hours availability.
• Experience in a global, multi-entity, or complex treasury environment is preferred.
• CTP designation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategies for treasury and SAP integrations.
• Coordinate integrations across treasury platforms, SAP, banking applications, data platforms, and other enterprise technologies.
• Oversee design, development, maintenance, monitoring, and support of business applications and integrated systems.
• Manage vendors and external technology partners to meet SLAs and requirements.
• Mentor team members and guide architectural decisions and deployments.
• Provide production support for time-sensitive issues, including global on-call support.
