Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in portfolio management or trading operations.
• Series 65 preferred; required for advanced positions.
• Experience with portfolio management, rebalancing, or trading systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain internal asset allocation model portfolios and equity SMA strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Monitor client portfolios for model drift, cash needs, and allocation tolerance thresholds.
• Initiate and execute portfolio rebalancing activities to maintain alignment with assigned models.
• Oversee the seamless implementation of new accounts into model portfolios and investment strategies.
• Monitor portfolio activity to ensure adherence to investment guidelines and model objectives.
• Coordinate with trading, operations, and wealth teams to support portfolio maintenance and workflow efficiencies.
• Maintain and update accurate portfolio, account, and model data within portfolio management and trading systems.
• Provide operational oversight for UMAs and custodial platforms, including Fidelity, Schwab, and Pershing.
• Identify and implement opportunities for workflow improvement, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency within portfolio management.
• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of internal portfolio management processes and procedures.
• Develop advanced expertise in portfolio management systems and tools used across the organization.
