Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of software test automation experience.
• Web development programming experience.
• Proficiency beyond Software Engineer I expectations.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Familiar with Agile or SCRUM software development life cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or computer-related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications and test tools.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to team knowledge.
• Perform routine automation tasks with minimal supervision.
• Communicate with product owners and end users.
• Refactor legacy components when needed.
• Participate in cost/benefit analyses and design reviews.
• Ensure automated processes run reliably and remediation when needed.
