Qualifications
- 7+ years of programming experience in a professional environment.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting software using modern development technologies.
- Experience with API-driven and distributed systems, RESTful services, and microservices.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms and hosting environments like Azure or AWS.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and delivery of complex software components and medium-sized projects.
- Design and implement software solutions across APIs, services, and system boundaries.
- Diagnose and resolve cross-system issues; support incident response and RCA activities.
- Lead agile ceremonies and help ensure clear requirements and robust testing strategies.
- Mentor engineers, coach team members, and manage day-to-day team activities.
- Evaluate new technologies and approaches; contribute to roadmaps and engineering practices.
